If you have received one of the cards above in the mail and you feel that your property is over-valued, especially in this recession, we can file an appeal on your behalf which could ultimately result in your property taxes being lowered. Doing so has the potential to lower your yearly taxes by hundreds or, in some cases, thousands of dollars.

This is a one or two step process, depending on the outcome of the first step.

1. File a claim with the tax assessor
2. If you do not agree with the decision of the tax assessor, we can file an appeal to the State Board of Taxation
