LIST OF THE DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION YOU WILL NEED FOR YOUR LOAN MODIFICATION:
- Proof of income (1 month): This could include W-2's, pay stubs, rental agreements or bank statements.
- Hardship letter (explain what happened that made you fall behind).
- Most recent mortgage statement.
- 4 months of bank statements.
- 2007 w-2's
- Tax returns for 2006 & 2007, the first 2 pages only, form 1040.
- Monthly Expense Sheet (all expenses even if you are not paying them: including utilities, food, mortgage payments).
- Your contact information (address, home phone and work phone, fax and email).
- Information about your property, including the estimated value
- Your current income.
- Your estimated total value, including other assets such as real estate, investments, savings and checking accounts, IRAs, 401(k), stocks and bonds.
- Liabilities, such as existing loans, monthly bills, medical expenses, and tax liens.
- Any and all bills that you receive or, if possible previous bills.
